Thank you for shopping with Arigatou Studio. Please review our shipping terms and processing timelines below.

Processing & Production Times

 * Standard In-Stock Products: Pre-made artwork, physical merchandise, and apparel are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

 * Custom Commissions & Made-to-Order Items: Custom artwork and specialized physical commissions require dedicated creation time. Standard turnaround is 2–4 weeks from deposit receipt and project approval, depending on complexity and production queue.

 * Tracking: Once your order or completed commission ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

 * Domestic Shipping (US): Standard transit typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS once dispatched. Express options are available at checkout.

 * International Shipping: International delivery times vary by destination, typically taking 1–3 weeks.

Note: Custom duties, import taxes, or foreign VAT fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon package entry into the destination country.

Delivery Holds & Address Accuracy

 * Final Balance Hold (Commissions): For custom commissioned pieces, the remaining final balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Physical items will not ship until the balance clears.

 * Address Verification: Items ship strictly to the address provided at the time of payment checkout. Arigatou Studio is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

 * Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please inspect the contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

 * Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and local postal service first. Arigatou Studio is not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

    It starts with the Commission Builder. We've built a custom tool to let you explain your concept instantly. Select your base, choose your themes, and upload your references. No guessing games—you control the direction from the first click.

    Once your design is locked, we enter the studio. This isn't a factory assembly line. We prep, paint, and you work by hand using professional-grade paints, sealants and finishers. We treat all work like a canvas, ensuring every line is crisp and every color is saturated.

    After a rigorous quality check, your custom piece is packaged and shipped. It arrives ready to use/wear and built to last. This is the moment your digital idea becomes physical reality.
